Seasoning Mix
  1. Add seasoning in a small mixing bowl and mix until well combined. Set aside.

  1. Mix biscuit mix and water in large mixing bowl according to box directions, until a soft dough is formed.
  2. Let sit in a covered bowl for 20 minutes.
  3. Divide dough into 20 - 6 oz pieces. Roll out each piece as thin as possible and sprinkle on approx. 2 Tbsp of the seasonings.
  4. Place flatbreads on parchment-lined full sheet pans.
  5. Bake as directed below and allow to cool completely. Store at room temperature in an airtight container.
