Raspberries and chocolate are a perfect match in dessert bars with a luscious cream cheese filling and a streusel topping.

Chocolate Cream Cheese Filling

Raspberry preserves
1 lb 5.00 oz

Crust
  1. Mix cake mix and butter in mixer bowl on low speed with paddle attachment 1 minute.
  2. Mix on medium speed additional 2 minutes or until mixture is crumbly.
  3. Press 4 lb into well-greased full sheet pan.
  4. Mix chocolate chips with remaining crumb crust and reserve for topping.
Filling
  1. Melt chocolate chips in double boiler and set aside.
  2. Mix cream cheese and sugar in separate mixer bowl with paddle attachment on medium speed 1 minute.
  3. Stop mixer, scrape bowl and paddle; mix additional 1 minute.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, until each is incorporated, mixing on medium speed.
  5. Stop mixer, scrape bowl and paddle; add melted chocolate.
  6. Mix on medium speed until combined, approx. 30 seconds.
Assembly
  1. Spread raspberry preserves onto crust; add filling mixture and spread evenly.
  2. Sprinkle reserved crust mixture evenly on top.
  3. Bake as directed below; allow to cool and keep refrigerated.
