Evaporated milk, canned

Pumpkin pie spice

Bourbon

Crust
  1. Cream butter and sugar in mixer bowl with paddle attachment on medium speed 2 minutes.
  2. Stop mixer, scrape bowl and paddle; add molasses and eggs.
  3. Mix on low speed 1 minute. Add muffin mix and spice.
  4. Mix on low speed 1 minute. Stop mixer, scrape bowl and paddle; mix 1 additional minute.
  5. Press dough in bottom of greased or parchment-lined full sheet pan.
Filling
  1. Place all ingredients in mixer bowl with whisk attachment.
  2. Mix on low speed 3 minutes or until incorporated.
  3. Pour filling over crust and spread evenly; bake as directed below.
