Polynesian-Style Breakfast Pizza (Pineapple and Veggie Breakfast Pizza)

Canadian bacon and pineapple join forces on a cheesy, veggie-filled pizza that works for breakfast.

Canadian bacon, diced

Mushrooms, fresh, sliced

Crushed pineapple, canned, drained

Mozzarella cheese, shredded

Provolone cheese, shredded

Dough
  1. Add water and biscuit mix in mixer bowl fitted with paddle attachment.
  2. Mix on low speed about 15 seconds or until liquid is incorporated; stop mixer, scrape bowl and paddle.
  3. Mix on low speed an additional 15 seconds. DO NOT OVERMIX.
  4. Divide dough into 5 - 12 oz portions; press into greased, 12-inch pizza pan.
Toppings
  1. Combine all toppings in mixing bowl.
  2. Add approx. 1 lb 2 oz of mixture onto pan of dough and spread evenly.
  3. Bake as directed below and serve warm.
