Polenta Pear Cranberry Cobbler

Corn muffin mix brings a sweet, delicate flavor to a cobbler topping, with fruity pears beneath.

Pear halves, canned in light syrup

Dried cranberries

Brown sugar, packed

Cinnamon, ground
1 Tbsp
Butter, unsalted, melted

  1. Pour can of pears with liquid into full steam table pan (12 x 20 x 2 1/2-inches).
  2. Sprinkle cranberries evenly over pears.
  3. Mix muffin mix, brown sugar and cinnamon in bowl.
  4. Sprinkle mixture evenly over fruit. Randomly poke several holes in mixture. DO NOT STIR.
  5. Pour melted butter evenly over mixture and bake.
