Luscious cream cheese frosting is the perfect complement to moist, rich cookie bars with pecans and butterscotch chips.

Batter
  1. Combine milk, butter, eggs, vanilla and cake mix in mixer bowl.
  2. Mix using paddle attachment on low speed 30 seconds.
  3. Stop mixer, scrape bowl and paddle; mix on medium speed an additional 30 seconds.
  4. Add chips and pecans; mix on low an additional 30 seconds.
  5. Deposit batter into greased and floured full sheet pan; bake as directed below.

*Rotate pans baked in convection oven one-half turn (180°) after 12 minutes of baking.
Icing
  1. Pour half of water into mixer bowl and add icing mix; mix using paddle attachment on low speed 1 minute.
  2. Stop mixer, scrape bowl and paddle; add remaining water gradually while mixing on medium speed 2 additional minutes.
  3. Spread icing on top of cooled bars and sprinkle pecans on top; allow icing to set before portioning.
