Sweet and salty combine in an over-the-top brownie topped with peanut butter cup candies.

Batter
  1. Mix water and brownie mix in mixer bowl using paddle attachment on low speed 30 seconds.
  2. Stop mixer, scrape bowl and paddle; add 1 lb 8 oz peanuts.
  3. Mix additional 30 seconds on low speed then deposit batter into greased full sheet pan.
  4. Sprinkle 1 lb 8 oz chopped peanut butter cups over top.
  5. Bake as directed below and finish immediately after removing from oven.

*Rotate pans baked in convection oven one-half turn (180°) after 14 minutes of baking.
Finishing
  1. Sprinkle 8 oz peanuts and 8 oz peanut butter cups over hot brownies.
  2. Heat peanut butter chips in microwave until melted.
  3. Drizzle over cooled brownies; allow to set before portioning.
