Parmesan Ranch Biscuits

Buttermilk and herbs lend a delicate flavor to biscuits with a hint of Parmesan cheese.

Ranch dressing powdered mix

Parmesan cheese, shredded

1 cup
Water, cold approx. 50°F
2 lb 8.00 oz

Butter, unsalted, melted

  1. Place biscuit mix, dressing and cheese in mixing bowl.
  2. Blend together with rubber spatula until well combined. Add water.
  3. Mix using rubber spatula, approx. 30 strokes or until soft dough is formed. DO NOT OVERMIX.
  4. Deposit dough using #20 scoop in a 4 x 6 pattern onto lightly greased or parchment-lined full sheet pans.
  5. Bake as directed below then brush melted butter over warm biscuits.
