Parfait Bar

It's a parfait without the glass. Layer berries and a cream cheese-yogurt filling in a bar with crunchy granola on top.

Crust
  1. Add cake mix, butter and 2 eggs into mixer bowl fitted with paddle attachment.
  2. Mix on low speed for 1 minute; scrape bowl and mix on medium speed for 3 minutes.
  3. Press dough firmly into parchment-lined; spread raspberry jam on top evenly and set aside.
Filling
  1. Place cream cheese in separate mixer bowl fitted with paddle attachment; mix on medium speed until smooth.
  2. Stop mixer, scrape bowl and paddle; mix on medium speed and add eggs 1 at a time until each is incorporated.
  3. Add yogurt and mix 1 minute on low speed.
  4. Stop mixer, scrape bowl and paddle; mix an additional 1 minute.
Assembly
  1. Spread yogurt mixture over crust.
  2. Add blueberries and crushed granola.
  3. Bake as directed below; allow to cool and keep refrigerated until serving.
