  1. Deposit approx. 2 oz batter into paper-lined or greased muffin tins.
  2. Bake as directed below; allow to cool.

Service
  1. Per portion, dice one cooled muffin into 1/2-inch pieces; place in bowl.
  2. Mix milk and starch thickener until smooth; drizzle 1/3 cup over muffin pieces.
  3. Gently stir as needed until liquid is absorbed, approx. 15-30 minutes; drain off any excess liquid and serve cold.
