Oatmeal Raisin Cookie Cobbler

In a fun coffee cup presentation, a frozen oatmeal cookie is the bottom layer, with apples and a crumbly streusel topping filling the cup.

Cinnamon Streusel Topping (bulk recipe)
  1. Mix streusel topping ingredients in mixer bowl with paddle attachment on low speed approx. 2 minutes or until mixture is crumbly.
  2. Reserve 12 oz (2 1/2 cups) for topping and refrigerate unused portion for later use.
Cobbler
  1. Spray 12 ovenproof coffee cups or custard cups with cooking spray.
  2. Place 1 cookie puck in each cup followed by #12 scoop (3 oz) of apple pie filling.
  3. Top with approx. 1 oz Cinnamon Streusel Topping using #40 scoop.
  4. Bake as directed below and serve warm for best flavor.
