Nutella™ New York Cheesecake Bites

Cake mix is the clever starting point for the crust of a creamy, dreamy chocolate-hazelnut cheesecake.

Crust and Topping
  1. Combine cake mix, butter and 1 egg with mixer in mixer bowl on low speed, using paddle attachment for 2 minutes or until well combined and crumbly.
  2. Reserve 5 oz (3/4 cup) for topping.
  3. Press 2 tsp of crumb mixture firmly in the bottom oil-sprayed mini muffin pan.
Filling
  1. Mix cream cheese, sugar and flour in a mixer bowl on medium speed, using paddle attachment for 2 minutes.
  2. Add milk, eggs, Nutella, sour cream and vanilla extract, mix on low speed for 1 minute; scrape bowl and paddle.
  3. Mix on medium speed for 1 minute or until well combined.
Assembly
  1. Scoop 0.75 oz of the filling evenly over the crust in mini muffin pan.
  2. Sprinkle 1/2 tsp reserved topping evenly over the filling.
  3. Bake as directed below; cool completely before taking out of the pan (use small spatula to help with removal if needed).
