Mint Glaze

Green food coloring

Creme-filled chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed

Batter
  1. Pour water into mixer bowl; add brownie mix and crushed cookies.
  2. Mix using paddle attachment on low speed 30 seconds.
  3. Stop mixer, scrape bowl and paddle; mix on low speed 1 1/2 minutes.
  4. Deposit batter in greased full sheet pan and bake.

*Rotate pans baked in convection oven one-half turn (180°) after 10 minutes of baking.
Glaze
  1. Combine icing, extract and food coloring in saucepan.
  2. Heat slightly, DO NOT OVERHEAT.
  3. Spread glaze over warm (not hot) brownies and sprinkle crushed cookies on top.
  4. Allow glaze to set before portioning.
