  1. Mix 7 grain milk and syrup together in a pitcher; pour 1/2 of mixture into bowl of mixer fitted with paddle attachment.
  2. Add cake mix and cinnamon; mix on low speed for 2 minutes then stop and scrape bowl and paddle.
  3. Pour in remaining milk/syrup mixture while mixing on low speed until combined.
  4. Scrape bowl and paddle; add granola and mix on low speed an additional 2 minutes. DO NOT OVERMIX.
  5. Pour batter into parchment-lined or greased full sheet pan fitted with pan extender.
  6. Sprinkle granola evenly over batter.
