Maple Cream Cheese
  1. Mix cream cheese and maple syrup in mixing bowl with whisk until well blended.
  2. Refrigerate until needed.
Pancakes
  1. Whisk together water, pancake mix, spices, brown sugar and vanilla in mixing bowl until batter is smooth and blended.
  2. Fold in pecans, raisins and grated carrots.
  3. Deposit 4 oz batter onto slightly greased 375°F griddle; cook 2 minutes on each side or until pancake turns golden brown and edges begin to dry.
  4. Serve each pancake topped with 1 oz Maple Cream Cheese.
