Mellow and slightly sweet malt powder adds a fabulous flavor dimension to waffles.

Servings: 25 servings (1 serving = 1 Belgian Waffle)

Malted milk powder

Water, cool approx. 72°F

  1. Combine waffle mix and malted milk powder in mixing bowl.
  2. Add water and whisk until batter is blended and smooth.
  3. Deposit 2 - #12 scoops of batter for Belgian waffles (1 - #10 scoop for standard waffles) on waffle iron preheated to 375°F and sprayed.
  4. Cook 3-4 minutes or until waffle crust is golden brown. Note: Waffles will be darker in color than regular waffles. Reduce bake temperature or time as desired.
