Macadamia Nut Brownies

Buttery macadamias add a subtle crunch and complement the white chocolate chips in a brownie with a bonus.

Macadamia nuts, chopped

White chocolate chunks

  1. Mix water and brownie mix in mixer bowl with paddle attachment on low speed 30 seconds.
  2. Stop mixer, scrape bowl and paddle; add macadamia nuts and 1 lb (2 3/4 cups) white chocolate chunks.
  3. Mix 30 seconds longer on low speed; deposit batter into greased full sheet pan.
  4. Sprinkle remaining 1 lb (2 3/4 cups) white chocolate chunks over batter and bake as directed below.
