Lime flavored gelatin powder

Crust
  1. Empty crust mix into greased or parchment-lined full sheet pan; spread evenly and press down firmly.
  2. Set aside. DO NOT BAKE.
Filling
  1. Pour half of water (2 1/2 cups), lime gelatin and lime zest into mixing bowl; whisk together.
  2. Add filling mix then whisk until smooth and creamy; add remaining water and whisk until blended.
  3. Pour mixture over pressed crust and spread evenly; bake as directed below and allow to cool.
