Hot Pepper, Peach and Brie Pull-Aparts

Pillsbury Croissant Dough becomes the foundation for this brie and spicy peach pull-apart bread.

  1. Thaw croissant dough in a single layer on a parchment-lined sheet pan, covered either at room temp. 30-60 minutes until flexible or refrigerated overnight.
Assembly
  1. Cut each croissant into 4 equal pieces; place 2 pieces in each paper-lined or well-greased muffin tin.
  2. Add 1 piece (0.5 oz) brie then add remaining 2 croissant pieces.
  3. Deposit 1 tsp hot pepper peach jam over top; bake until golden brown and serve warm.
