Hot dogs, approx. 6-inches long

Prep
  1. Spray sheet pan or dough box with pan spray then add frozen dough ball and spray top also; cover and refrigerate overnight or 3-5 hours at room temperature.
Assembly
  1. Space hot dogs approx. 1-inch apart lengthwise on the bottom of greased 1/3 hotel pan (2” or 4” deep).
  2. Stretch thawed dough ball into rectangular shape approx. 10 1/2 x 5-inches; place dough over hot dogs, leaving ends of hot dogs exposed and a 1/2-inch space on all edges of the pan.
  3. Bake until golden brown and heated through; allow to cool in pan for 5 minutes, then turn out onto a cutting board
  4. Slice into 5 equal pieces, so each piece contains one hot dog; serve warm.

  • Use a variety of hot dog sizes and cut the ends to fit in the hotel pan.
