Arugula, fresh

Roasted red peppers, canned, drained, sliced

Prep
  1. Bake frozen biscuit dough as directed below.
  2. Allow to cool, then slice for sandwiches and set aside.

*Rotate pans baked in convection oven one-half turn (180°) after 6 minutes of baking.
Assembly
  1. Arrange arugula leaves evenly on bottom half of biscuits.
  2. Layer 2 slices roast beef, 1 roasted pepper slice and 1 cheese slice on top.
  3. Spread 2 tsp horseradish evenly on inside of top biscuit and place on top of sandwich; serve immediately.
