Honey Nut Curry Crunch

Cereal combines with coconut, peanuts and cranberries in a buttery coating that's loaded with bold, spicy curry and cayenne.

Shredded coconut

Peanuts, roasted

Dried cranberries

  1. Spray large mixing bowl with cooking spray.
  2. Mix coconut, peanuts, cranberries and cereals in the bowl. Set aside.
  3. Heat butter, corn syrup and spices in heavy-bottom saucepan on medium heat until butter is melted and mixture is smooth, stirring frequently.
  4. Remove from heat. Add melted butter mixture to cereal mixture and mix well to coat.
  5. Spread mixture onto two parchment-lined full sheet pans.
  6. Cool at room temperature approx. 1 hour. Store in airtight container.
  1. Convection Oven* | 300°F | 8-10 minutes
  2. Standard Oven | 350°F | 9-12 minutes
  3. *Rotate pans baked in convection oven one-half turn (180°) after 4 minutes of baking.
