Tangy Mountain High™ Original Style Plain Yoghurt blends beautifully in a salad dressing with Dijon mustard, parsley, lemon juice and a little kick of Tabasco® Sauce.

Skim milk

Lemon juice, fresh

Granulated sugar

1/4 cup
Dijon mustard

3 Tbsp
Tabasco™ sauce
1 tsp
  1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and gently stir together.
  2. Cover and store in the refrigerator 2-3 hours to blend flavors.
  3. Refrigerate any leftovers.

  • Tip: To lower fat and calories, use Lowfat or Fat Free Mountain High Plain Yoghurt.
