  2. Deposit 2 oz batter onto preheated griddle set at 375°F.
  3. Place 2 slices pears onto each pancake.
  4. Grill 1-2 minutes per side until puffed, golden brown and edges begin to dry.

  • Tip: Canned pears may be substituted for fresh pears. Drain and slice before using.
