Greek Dijon Drop Biscuits

Artichoke hearts, canned, chopped, drained

Kalamata olives, chopped, drained

Feta cheese, crumbled

Water, cold approx. 50°F

Red pepper sauce
2 tsp
Dijon mustard
2 oz
1/4 cup
Tarragon, dried
2 Tbsp
Chives, dried
4 Tbsp

  1. Mix roasted red pepper, garlic, artichoke hearts, olives and feta cheese in mixing bowl using rubber spatula until well blended. Set aside.
  2. Mix water, red pepper sauce, mustard and herbs in another mixing bowl.
  3. Add biscuit mix and vegetable cheese mixture. Mix using rubber spatula approx. 30 strokes or until soft dough forms. DO NOT OVERMIX.
  4. Deposit 3 oz (#12 scoop) of dough in a 4x6 placement onto lightly greased or parchment-lined full sheet pans.
  5. Sprinkle each biscuit with a pinch of salt. Press down slightly to shape, if desired.
  6. Bake as directed below.
