Gluten-Free Waldorf Salad

The salad classic with sweet apples and raisins is fabulous with a tangy yogurt dressing.

Servings: 50 servings (1 serving = 4.75 oz)
Yogurt Dressing

Red apples, fresh, diced

Lemon juice

Celery, fresh, diced

Raisins

3 cups
Dressing
  1. Mix yogurt, mayonnaise and ground cinnamon in mixing bowl using wire whisk. Set aside.
Salad
  1. Mix diced apples with lemon juice; toss with diced celery and raisins.
  2. Add yogurt dressing and mix well.
  3. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

  • Serve on a bed of crisp spinach or salad greens and sprinkle with toasted pecans, if desired.
