Gluten-Free Tuna Cake

Honey Nut Cheerios™ cereal adds a touch of sweetness to a crab-cake makeover, tuna-style!

Spinach, fresh, chopped

Mustard powder
1/4 cup
Garlic powder
2 Tbsp
Salt-free seasoning, gluten-free
2 Tbsp
Yellow onions, diced

2 cups
  1. Mix all ingredients in large stainless steel bowl until well combined.
  2. Cover with plastic wrap and place in refrigerator for 2 hours.
  3. Scoop 4 oz of mixture and shape into 3-inch round and 1-inch thick cake; place on lined sheet pan.
  4. Bake as directed below and serve warm.
