Wasabi peas, unsalted

Salt-free seasoning, gluten-free

  1. Melt sugar and margarine in a large glass bowl in microwave for 50 seconds, or until melted.
  2. Add sugar/margarine mixture to the rest of the ingredients in a large stainless steel bowl.
  3. Stir well using a spatula until all ingredients are lightly coated.
  4. Divide ingredients equally onto 4, parchment-lined full-size sheet pans and bake.
  5. Cool completely before removing from pan and serving into 2 oz snack portions.
