Gluten-Free Chex™ Stuffing

Try a mouthwatering Thanksgiving stuffing that has everything -- except the gluten!

Servings: 30 servings (1 serving = 5 x 6-Inch Portion)

Butter, unsalted, cubed

1/4 cup
Yellow onions, diced
1 lb 1.00 oz
3 cups
Celery, fresh, diced

Gluten-free chicken stock, no salt added
3 lb
6 cups
Salt-free seasoning, gluten-free
2 tsp
Sage, fresh, chopped
1/2 cup
Garlic powder
2 tsp
Black pepper
2 tsp
  1. Heat butter in a medium sauce pan on medium heat; sauté onion and celery.
  2. Add chicken stock and simmer for 5 minutes on low heat. Remove from heat and set aside.
  3. Add remaining ingredients to large stainless steel mixing bowl.
  4. Pour stock mixture over dry ingredients and fold gently with rubber spatula.
  5. Place in a greased 2-inch deep hotel pan and cover with aluminum foil and bake.
  6. Cut stuffing into 5 x 6 slices and serve.
