Gluten-Free Banana Breakfast Bar

Perfect partners, peanut butter and banana, meet again in a gluten-free oat breakfast bar.

Cinnamon, ground
2 tsp
Gluten-free baking powder
1 1/3 Tbsp
Gluten-free old fashioned oats, dry
1 lb 4.00 oz
7 cups
  1. Combine all ingredients except the oats in a large stainless steel mixing bowl using a spatula.
  2. Add oats slowly and mix until smooth. Pour into a greased half-sheet pan and bake.
  3. Cool, then slice in 2 x 2-inch portions, and serve.
