Gluten-Free Alfredo Sauce

A creamy garlic-and-Parmesan Alfredo sauce that's gluten-free is not only possible, it's irresistible!

Garlic, fresh, minced

Black pepper

Kosher salt

Skim milk

Parmesan cheese, finely shredded

  1. Mix chicken broth, corn starch, garlic, pepper and salt in a sauce pan; whisk until combined.
  2. Cook over medium heat, whisking often, for 1-2 minutes or until garlic is softened.
  3. Add milk slowly to saucepan; continue cooking, allowing sauce to thicken again.
  4. Add yogurt; beat with whisk until smooth (do not boil or sauce will curdle).
  5. Decrease heat; add Parmesan cheese and beat with whisk until cheese is melted and sauce is smooth.
  6. Keep warm until ready to use.
