Light corn syrup

Water, hot approx. 120°F

Vanilla extract

Scones
  1. Combine sugar and cream cheese in mixing bowl; mix until smooth.
  2. Add cold water and whisk until smooth; add biscuit mix.
  3. Mix using rubber spatula until soft dough forms.
  4. Fold blueberries into fully mixed dough.
  5. Deposit dough using #20 scoop in 4 x 6 pattern onto greased or parchment-lined full sheet pan and bake.

*Rotate pans baked in convection oven one-half turn (180°) after 4 minutes of baking.
Glaze
  1. Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl.
  2. Mix using rubber spatula or wire whisk until blended.
  3. Brush tops of warm scones with glaze.
