Garlic Parmesan Biscuit Pull-Apart Bread

This versatile pull-apart bread uses easy quartered biscuits and a mix of flavorful Parmesan and melty mozzarella for a simple evergreen appetizer.

Prep
  1. Thaw biscuit dough, covered, either at room temperature 30 minutes or refrigerated overnight.
  2. Cut biscuits into quarters.
Assembly
  1. Combine mozzarella, parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning and salt in a small mixing bowl.
  2. Place 4 dough pieces into well-greased jumbo muffin pan; add 1 heaping Tbsp of cheese mixture.
  3. Add 4 additional dough pieces and bake until golden brown.

*Rotate pans baked in convection oven one-half turn (180°) after 9 minutes of baking.
Finishing
  1. Remove from oven and brush butter over hot biscuits.
  2. Cool in pan for 5 minutes and carefully remove from pan; serve with 1/4 cup marinara sauce.

  • Swap seasonings and cheeses for new flavors like a Spanish-inspired version with smoked paprika, Manchego and Monterey Jack cheese or a Buffalo version with Mozzarella and Blue cheese served with Buffalo sauce, celery and carrot sticks.
  • Serve with a variety of sauces like heated alfredo, arribiata sauce, or prepared pesto if desired.
