Chopped apples, canned, drained

Lemon extract

1 Tbsp
Streusel Topping
Combine ingredients in large mixing bowl; stir until butter is fully incorporated.
Set aside, or refrigerate until needed.
Batter
Add water and muffin mix to large mixing bowl; mix using wire whisk or rubber spatula until batter is smooth.
Fold in apples and lemon extract; spread batter evenly into greased or sprayed full sheet pan.
Sprinkle Streusel Topping over batter, and bake as directed below.
