Cereal Mixture
  1. Spray large mixing bowl with cooking spray; add cereal, partially crush, then set aside.
  2. Add marshmallows and butter to heavy-bottom, large saucepan.
  3. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture is melted and smooth.
  4. Pour over cereal immediately, mix well and allow to cool approx. 5 minutes.
Assembly
  1. Place parchment paper on work surface and spray with cooking spray.
  2. Divide Cereal Mixture into 4 equal parts, approx. 1 lb 8 oz each; shape each part into a 24x6-inch rectangle.
  3. Add 32 Gushers down the center of each rectangle, in a row from end to end (the long way).
  4. Use parchment to help roll cereal mixture inward over Gushers, pressing together tightly to form a cereal log.
  5. Spread 10 Fruit Roll-Ups out in 5x2 pattern (forming a rectangle) for each log, on parchment paper, overlapping slightly.
  6. Place cereal log on Fruit Roll-Ups and roll tightly around to form sushi roll; wrap and refrigerate approx. 30 minutes.
  7. Slice each roll into 24 sections using a serrated knife for service.

  • Unroll Fruit Roll-Ups and open Gushers packages in advance so you can work quickly.
