Croissant-Wrapped Bratwurst

These flaky, buttery croissants wrapped around savory sausage are a nod to traditional Pub fare and are a great option for breakfast or brunch.

  1. Thaw croissants, covered, either at room temperature for 1 hour or refrigerated overnight.
Assembly
  1. Unroll thawed croissant dough and re-roll dough around each bratwurst, making sure to seal the end of the croissants.
  2. Lightly dip the top of the croissant in water, then into sesame seed mixture.
  3. Place seam-side down on parchment-lined sheet pan; bake until golden brown and bratwurst is cooked through.
