Water, cool approx. 72°F

Prep
  1. Thaw biscuits, covered, 15-30 minutes at room temperature until flexible or overnight refrigerated.
Filling
  1. Add cream cheese and sugar to bowl of mixer fitted with paddle attachment; mix on low speed 1-2 minutes or until smooth.
  2. Stop mixer, scrape bowl and paddle; add egg yolk and vanilla extract.
  3. Mix for 1 additional minute; refrigerate until needed.
Streusel
  1. Combine sugar, flour and cinnamon in medium mixing bowl; add melted butter and stir until crumbly.
  2. Set aside until needed.
Assembly
  1. Place thawed biscuits on parchment-lined sheet pan; place thumbprint in each biscuit to create a deep well, approx. 1 1/2-inch in diameter.
  2. Whisk egg and water in small bowl; brush tops of biscuits with egg wash.
  3. Fill each thumbprint with 1 - #70 scoop of cream cheese filling; spread to fill well.
  4. Top each with 1/2 Tbsp; bake as directed below and serve warm.
