Cranberry Peach Muffins

Sweet peaches and tart cranberries complement each other nicely in a whole-grain muffin.

  1. Combine water, muffin mix and nutmeg in large mixing bowl.
  2. Fold in peaches and cranberries; batter will be thick.
  3. Deposit #16 scoop of batter into greased or paper-lined muffin pans.
  4. Sprinkle on coarse sugar and bake as directed below; allow to cool slightly before serving.
