Cool Mint Chocolate Crumble Bars

A refreshing cream cheese-mint filling is the star of a chocolaty dessert bar made with Gold Medal™ Devil's Food Cake Mix.

Crust

Crust
  1. Mix cake mix, butter and extract in mixer bowl with paddle attachment on low speed 1 1/2 minutes or until crumbly.
  2. Press half of crust mixture evenly into greased or parchment-lined full sheet pan; set remaining crust mixture aside.
Batter
  1. Mix cream cheese, sugar and extract in another mixer bowl with paddle attachment on medium speed 1 minute.
  2. Stop mixer, scrape bowl and paddle; mix additional 1 minute.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, until each is incorporated, mixing on medium speed.
  4. Stop mixer, scrape bowl and paddle; mix an additional 1 minute.
  5. Fold chips into batter the pour over crust.
  6. Crumble remaining crust mixture over cream cheese layer.
  7. Bake as directed below; allow to cool completely and keep refrigerated.
