Gold Medal™ Whole Grain Variety Muffin Mix (31529)

Combine water, applesauce and almond extract in large mixing bowl.
Add cocoa and muffin mix; stir until well blended. DO NOT overmix.
Fold diced cherries into batter.
Deposit #16 scoop of batter into paper-lined or greased muffin pans; bake as directed below.
