Cinnful Brownie Pudding

Brownie bites are smothered in deliciously rich vanilla-cinnamon custard baked in coffee cups.

  1. Add water and brownie mix to mixer bowl fitted with paddle attachment; combine on low speed 30 seconds.
  2. Add walnuts and cranberries; mix an additional 1 minute 30 seconds.
  3. Deposit batter into greased full sheet pan and bake as directed below.
  4. Cool brownies completely then cut into small squares (approx. 1.2 oz each).
  1. Convection Oven* | 300°F | 21-26 minutes
  2. Standard Oven | 350°F | 27-32 minutes
  3. *Rotate pans baked in convection oven one-half turn (180°) after 10 minutes of baking.
  1. Whisk cream, milk, eggs, cinnamon and vanilla together in mixing bowl until combined.
  2. Place 3 pieces (approx. 3.6 oz total) into coffee cup; ladle 5 oz of custard and place cups on a sheet pan.
  3. Bake as directed below until knife inserted into center comes out clean; allow to cool slightly and serve warm.
