Bite-size cinnamon muffins get a buttery-sweet surprise with toffee chips inside and on top.

Toffee bits

  1. Combine water, muffin mix and cinnamon in large mixing bowl.
  2. Fold in 12 oz (2 1/4 cups) toffee bits until evenly distributed.
  3. Deposit #30 scoop of batter into greased or paper-lined mini muffin pans.
  4. Sprinkle 1/4 tsp of remaining toffee bits on top and bake as directed below; allow to cool 10 minutes before removing from pan.
