Cinnamon Toast Crunch™ cereal is added to pancake batter while cooking and garnished with cream cheese icing, cinnamon and more cereal for a delicious crunch.

Granulated sugar

Icing
  1. Add powdered sugar, softened butter, softened cream cheese and vanilla extract to a large bowl.
  2. Whisk together until smooth and fully combined; set aside for Finishing.
Batter
  1. Mix water and pancake mix in mixing bowl using whisk until batter is blended and smooth.
Assembly
  1. Deposit 2 oz batter onto lightly greased griddle pre-heated to 375°F; add 1 Tbsp of Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal onto batter.
  2. Cook 1 1/2 minutes on each side, or until pancake turns brown and edges begin to dry; keep warm.
Finishing
  1. Combine sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
  2. Place 1 pancake on serving plate and top with 1 Tbsp Icing; add 1 additional pancake and 1 Tbsp Icing.
  3. Garnish with 1 Tbsp Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal and 1/4 tsp sugar mixture; serve immediately.

  • Substitute premade cream cheese icing and warm to thin if desired.
