Batter
  1. Prepare batter according to package directions for a half box.
  2. Pour total amount of batter into a greased or parchment-lined half sheet pan.
  3. Bake as directed below; allow to cool and freeze for better handling.

Peanut Butter Mousse
  1. Place prepared vanilla pudding and peanut butter in a mixing bowl.
  2. Mix until well blended then fold in whipped topping.
Assembly
  1. Cut frozen cake into 1/4-inch cubes.
  2. Pipe 0.5 oz of peanut butter mousse in bottom of shot glass; add 0.3 oz of cake cubes (approx. 8).
  3. Pipe 0.5 oz prepared chocolate pudding on top, then pipe on a rosette of whipped topping (approx. 0.25 oz).
  4. Chill until ready to serve.
