Chocolate Chip Cookies

Try this great twist on the chocolate chip cookie - made with whole grain muffin mix.

INGREDIENT

Butter, unsalted, softened

Brown sugar, packed

1 3/4 cups
Eggs, large
1 lb 4.00 oz

Semi-sweet chocolate chips

2 1/2 cups
  1. Beat butter and sugar in mixer bowl using paddle attachment on medium speed 3 minutes.
  2. Add eggs and muffin mix. Mix on low speed 30 seconds.
  3. Stop mixer, scrape bowl and paddle. Add chocolate chips, and mix 30 seconds on low speed.
  4. Deposit dough using #30 scoop on lightly greased or parchment-lined sheet pan in 4x6 pattern.
  5. Bake as directed below.
