Chipotle Cheddar Corn Biscuits

Smoky adobo sauce and cheddar cheese complement fiery chopped chipotle chilies baked in a sassy biscuit.

Chipotle chilies in adobo sauce, chopped

  1. Mix chipotle peppers with sauce and water in large mixing bowl.
  2. Add remaining ingredients, and mix with whisk or rubber spatula until soft dough forms. Do not overmix.
  3. Deposit dough with #20 scoop in 4x6 pattern onto greased or parchment-lined sheet pan.
  4. Bake as directed below.
