Gold Medal™ Variety Muffin Mix (11544)
5 lb

Cinnamon, ground
1 Tbsp
Ginger, dried, ground
2 Tbsp
Cloves, ground
1/2 tsp
Mix butter and sugar in mixer bowl with paddle attachment on medium speed 2 minutes.
Stop mixer, scrape bowl and paddle; add molasses and eggs.
Mix on low speed 1 minute; stop mixer, scrape bowl and paddle.
Add muffin mix and spices; mix on low speed 1 minute.
Deposit dough with #30 scoop in 4x6 pattern on greased or parchment-lined full sheet pans.
Bake as directed below.
