Prep
  1. Pipe 2 oz thawed batter into greased standard muffin pans.
  2. Place a piece of parchment paper over top and then a half sheet pan; bake as directed.
  3. Cool in pan 10-15 minutes before removing; allow to cool fully.

*Rotate pans baked in convection oven one-half turn (180°) after 7 minutes of baking.
Tres Leches Mixture
  1. Add chai concentrate, evaporated and sweetened condensed milks, and cream in a bowl; whisk until combined.
  2. Refrigerate until needed.
Assembly
  1. Submerge each cooled cake into Tres Leches Mixture then remove and place in serving dish.
  2. Ladle 0.5 oz (1 Tbsp) Tres Leches Mixture over top; pipe on 0.5 oz (about 2 tsp) whipped topping.
  3. Dust with cinnamon and serve cold.
