  1. Whisk together orange juice, brown sugar and eggs in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Add yogurt; whisk until combined.
  3. Add oats; whisk until combined.
  4. Fold in bananas, coconut and chocolate chips until distributed.
  5. Spread mixture evenly onto parchment-lined or greased full sheet pan.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour or overnight.
  7. Bake as directed below; allow to cool before portioning into 64 pieces then serve warm.
