Oooey goooey caramel rolls smeared with bacon, pecans and chocolate chips sandwiched with creamy vanilla ice cream. Yum!

Rolls
  1. Combine heavy cream and brown sugar in mixing bowl until incorporated; pour into greased 2-inch hotel pan.
  2. Sprinkle cooked bacon, pecans and chocolate chips over mixture; place cinnamon rolls in a 5x6 pattern, spacing evenly.
  3. Bake as directed below until golden brown; invert pan onto full sheet pan immediately upon removing from oven to release rolls and allow to cool.

  1. Slice cooled caramel rolls in half horizontally; add #24 scoop of ice cream between pieces.
